About Fidea · Trust nothing. Enable everything.

Trust shouldn't be hard-coded. It should live in the overlap.

Fidea is the trust layer for AI access — where human intent meets agent action. An agent may do exactly the intersection of what the human authorized and what the task requires. Never more than either.

01Why we exist

We started building Fidea because we kept seeing the same quiet moment at every company deploying AI agents: a brilliant engineer pasting an API key straight into an agent config, shipping it, and hoping nobody noticed.

It worked. It always works — right up until the agent does something nobody scoped it to do, with a credential nobody can revoke, leaving a trail nobody can read. We knew this would not scale. We knew the incident was coming.

So we built the infrastructure to prevent it — before the agent economy needed it.

Human Agent = Fidea.

Our mark is two overlapping circles. One is the human — intent, permissions, accountability. The other is the agent — capability, reach, speed. Fidea is the lens between them: an agent may do exactly the intersection of what the human authorized and what the task requires. The scope narrows, never widens.

Look at the whole shape and it is an infinity symbol. Everything outside the lens is denied — but inside it, once trust is that solid, humans and agents accomplish what neither could alone. Trust nothing. Enable everything.

The people

Founded by engineers who built the trust layer for humans — the access-control model still in production across the Fortune 500. We are building it again, for agents. Same team. Same architecture. Same outcome.
